Problems​

Before our collaboration, Coach360 faced several communication challenges that limited their ability to fully showcase the value of their platform.

Outdated presentation materials
The company relied on an older PowerPoint presentation that no longer reflected the quality and ambition of the product.

Limited promotional video content
There was no structured set of promotional videos explaining the platform and its key features to new users.

Complex product communication
With hundreds of exercises and multiple functionalities, it was difficult to clearly demonstrate how the platform benefits coaches.

Underutilized marketing assets
Existing content did not fully leverage the potential of email marketing, social media, or short-form video.

These challenges made it harder for Coach360 to communicate their value proposition effectively to users, partners, and potential investors.

Challenges​

This project required building a complete and consistent visual ecosystem around the product. Several challenges needed to be addressed:

Explaining complex product features in seconds
The platform contains numerous tools and training resources. We needed to produce short videos that clearly explain each functionality in a simple and engaging way.

Creating content adapted to different audiences
Promotional materials had to be produced in multiple languages to reach a wider audience of coaches.

Maintaining visual consistency across all assets
Videos, presentations, and email templates needed to follow the same visual identity and storytelling approach.

Results

Through a long-term collaboration, #Knights helped Coach360 build a powerful set of marketing and product communication assets.
High-impact promotional videos

We produced a series of promotional videos presenting the Coach360 platform and its benefits to coaches.

These videos were created in two languages to support international reach and improve accessibility for a broader audience.

From a 30-minute raw video, we created a short-form promotional video highlighting the partnership with Zinedine Zidane.

Multi-language Version

To make the platform easier to understand, we created multiple short videos (around 30 seconds each) explaining the key functionalities of the app.

Coach360 offers a large catalog of soccer exercises inside the app.

To highlight this content, we created a series of videos presenting training exercises, helping coaches quickly understand how they can use the platform to build effective training sessions.

We redesigned the company’s PowerPoint presentation, replacing an outdated version with a modern, visually compelling deck that clearly communicates the product’s value and vision.

This new presentation helps Coach360 present their platform more effectively to partners, investors, and stakeholders.

We also designed and implemented a complete set of email templates using Brevo. These templates help Coach360 maintain consistent communication with their users while strengthening their brand identity.
