VELORE brings the confidence of a premium automotive brand to a practical rental website. The experience helps visitors find a suitable vehicle, understand the rental terms and move naturally into a reservation.
We connected the homepage, fleet catalogue and booking screens through a consistent black, white and blue interface. The scope extends to mobile layouts, the customer account and the agency’s fleet-management view.
Present the fleet with strong automotive imagery, clear categories and a visible trip-search entry point from the first screen.
01Show the details renters compare first: daily rate, capacity, transmission and included mileage, with useful filters to narrow the choice.
02Keep dates, optional extras and the rental total visible as the customer moves from vehicle selection to checkout.
03Extend the experience beyond checkout with pickup guidance, a manage-booking area and an operational view for the rental team.
04Four design decisions connect the website, reservation flow and customer experience.
Put fleet categories and trip search within easy reach.
Use black, white and blue to prioritise the next action.
Guide trip, car, extras, details, review and confirmation.
Carry the same interface into mobile, accounts and support.
A premium homepage connects vehicle imagery, category browsing and a direct route into trip search.
Catalogue filters and detailed vehicle pages make capacity, specifications, rates and rental conditions easy to compare.
Trip search, vehicle selection, extras, driver details, review and confirmation form one continuous booking journey.
Mobile screens adapt the search, fleet cards and booking controls for touch without losing essential trip information.
Confirmation, pickup guidance and a customer area keep booking details, documents and support together.
A fleet dashboard and location-page template connect the customer-facing experience to everyday agency needs.

The homepage pairs a strong automotive hero with an immediate trip-search entry point. Vehicle categories and featured cars introduce the fleet, while clear calls to action keep the next step close at hand.

Vehicle details, optional extras and itemised totals help customers understand the reservation before confirming.
The same visual language connects the public website, customer portal and the agency’s operational interface.
These outcomes describe the design and functionality presented. The visual concepts use illustrative booking data; conversion rates, reservation volumes and other business results have not been measured.
Strong fleet imagery works best alongside practical specifications, visible rates and a clear action to continue.
Dates, extras, driver details and review need a consistent hierarchy, with the trip summary available throughout the journey.
Pickup instructions, customer self-service and fleet operations complete the experience on both sides of the reservation.
Presentation visuals use the VELORE name and sample vehicles, prices, dates and locations. Generated screens illustrate the proposed functionality; this case-study page is not a live reservation or payment service.
From a premium first impression to a clear booking journey, let’s create a website experience that connects your business and your customers.
