No digital foundation
The business needed a website, reservation system and structured online presence before it could start acquiring customers.
From a blank start to a booking-ready travel brand: we brought strategy, website design, reservations, content and SEO into one launch.
BabaCamper is a Morocco-based camper van rental company helping travelers discover the country through equipped vans and curated road-trip experiences.
At launch, the business needed more than a site. #Knights was brought in to build the digital foundation, booking journey, content and organic acquisition channels together, turning an idea into a working travel platform.
Launching a new camper-van business required a complete digital experience, not just a homepage.
The business needed a website, reservation system and structured online presence before it could start acquiring customers.
01There was no complete page copy, travel content or visual storytelling to communicate what makes the road trip different.
02Without a defined sitemap or customer journey, discovery, product evaluation and reservation were disconnected.
03Travelers searching from Morocco, Europe and North America needed content that could meet different intents, languages and expectations.
04These gaps needed to be solved together to turn international travel interest into qualified leads and reservations.
Identify the business goals and target travelers.
Shape the proposition for domestic and international markets.
Map pages and the complete reservation journey.
Build page designs, messaging and visuals together.
Put the website live and build search visibility.
Maintain, measure and refine the experience.

BabaCamper started without a defined digital structure. We mapped the offer, the audiences and the path a prospective traveler would take from discovering a Moroccan road trip to requesting a van. The brand story and booking journey were planned as one system, not as separate tasks.

We designed and developed a responsive site that makes the van rental experience easy to understand. From the homepage to supporting pages, the hierarchy connects destination inspiration, trust signals and a clear reservation action across desktop and mobile.

The reservation journey was built around the real questions a traveler has before booking. Clear steps, a dedicated booking interface and accessible information help visitors move from comparing options to completing a reservation without unnecessary friction.

Starting with no prepared website copy, we developed the content structure and messaging for the digital experience. Each page had to explain the offer, answer the next question and guide visitors toward a booking, while preserving the welcoming spirit of Moroccan road travel.

We produced an SEO-led content ecosystem covering camper-van travel, locations and road-trip ideas in Morocco. The blog and destination-led pages target meaningful search intent and help BabaCamper build organic visibility beyond paid acquisition.

The acquisition strategy needed to serve local searches as well as travelers planning from abroad. We worked on location-focused pages, business presence and French/English website localization, creating clearer paths for visitors across markets.

We created complementary marketing collateral to bring the same identity into every touchpoint: brochures, flyers, launch visuals, branded merchandise and a press kit. The output gave BabaCamper a consistent set of assets for promotion and partnerships.

To help first-time visitors imagine the journey, we designed an experiences page featuring routes, destinations and useful ideas. It gives travelers a reason to explore Morocco with BabaCamper and connects inspirational content to the rental funnel.

After the initial build, the work continued through maintenance, performance improvements and ongoing optimization. The foundation supports both immediate booking demand and longer-term organic acquisition as BabaCamper grows.
The online rental journey and reservation experience were live in three weeks.
The original case study reports more than 11,000 monthly organic visitors within the first three months.
The case study also reports a +70% occupancy-rate result; the underlying measurement period is not specified.
Alongside search visibility, the project established a usable booking funnel, inbound leads and an international audience, with travelers reported from Europe, the United States and Canada.
The website, content and reservation system were planned together so that new traffic had a clear next step.
A three-week delivery window meant prioritizing the essential acquisition and booking experience without waiting for a long development cycle.
Travel content, destination pages and local discovery let the brand meet people while they plan the trip—not just when they search for a van.
Location-based content and localization bring visitors from different markets toward a consistent, understandable booking experience.
Website UX, SEO, copywriting and branded collateral all point toward the same recognizable travel experience.
